I’m Kate, 38 yrs, originally hailing from the midlands but relocated to Cornwall last year.
I've been teaching yoga pretty much non-stop for the past decade having completed my 200hrs in 2014/15 and slowly migrating through various 'styles' and approaches but always finding myself most at home in its therapeutic application with a huge emphasis on breath and internal enquiry.
