Lydia's classes encourage students to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and move in a way that feels supportive for their individual body and needs. Recognising that every body is different, she offers a range of options and variations throughout her classes, creating an inclusive space where students can explore their practice without pressure or expectation.
Her teaching blends dynamic movement with restorative practices, alongside breathwork and meditation techniques designed to support the nervous system, cultivate awareness, and create a deeper sense of balance both physically and mentally. Lydia creates a warm and welcoming environment where students are encouraged to approach their practice with curiosity, self compassion, and presence.
Lydia has trained in Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga, and Yin yoga, drawing from these styles to offer balanced and thoughtful classes suitable for all levels.
